CEO Robert Lasshofer
Robert Lasshofer has been Chairman of the Managing Board of Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein since 2021. He was previously a member of the Managing Board of Wiener Städtische Versicherung from 1999 to 2010, and then CEO until 2020. The graduate economist was formerly a member of the Managing Board of Wiener Städtische Versicherung and of DONAU Versicherung. Prior to these roles, he held numerous positions in the financial sector.
Deputy CEO Peter Thirring
Peter Thirring has been Deputy Chairman of Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein since 2023. Prior to this, he was a member of the Managing Board of Vienna Insurance Group. From 2016 to 2018, he was Chairman of the Managing Board of DONAU Versicherung. From 2007 to 2015, the law graduate was a member of the Managing Board of Generali Versicherung in Austria, serving as Chairman of the Managing Board from 2013.
Herbert Allram
Herbert Allram has been a member of the Managing Board of Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein since 2021. Prior to this, the business graduate headed the internal audit departments of Vienna Insurance Group, Wiener Städtische Versicherung and DONAU Versicherung.
Franz Kosyna
Franz Kosyna has been a member of the Managing Board of Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein since 2025. From 2019 to 2024, he was Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board of Kooperativa poisťovňa in Slovakia. Prior to that, his roles included Chairman of the Managing Board of the Slovakian KOMUNÁLNA poisťovňa, Vienna Insurance Group – from 2012 to 2013 Deputy General Manager. From 2008 to 2012, the law graduate was General Director of DONAU Versicherung.
