This digital service is intended to lift the burden on people in Austria who look after family members in need of care and assistance. Family caregivers can use the Alles Clara app – which can be downloaded for free – to get answers to any questions they have in connection with care and support from professional online consultants, and share their concerns or fears. The service is completely confidential. Designed in Austria, pilot testing for the highly regarded caregivers support app began in July 2022. Employees of VIG Holding, Wiener Städtische Versicherung and DONAU Versicherung have been invited to try Alles Clara and give feedback. Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein is also promoting use of Alles Clara among Austrian Group company employees.
